This is what yoga can offer you.

I took my first yoga class from Alvina Haverkamp in 1998. This spark lit a flame that has illuminated my life ever since. Nearly three decades of practice have supported me through pivotal life transitions, natural disasters, displacement, and a devastating loss.
My years of dedicated study have added up to multiple teaching certifications from a variety of programs, including The Temple of Kriya Yoga, Swan River Yoga, and Ananda Seva Mission. My extensive training, coupled with my personal practice, make me a trusted and sought after teacher. My classes weave wisdom and insight with challenging, yet accessible, postural yoga to create a sense of presence that lends itself to deep relaxation and meditation.
In addition to being a yoga educator, class facilitator, and teacher trainer, I am an Ayurvedic Health Coach. I draw upon the wisdom of nature’s rhythm to lead myself and clients into longevity, integrity, fulfillment, and ease.
I continue to be a student of the Vedic tradition. Currently, I study with Kaya Mindlin, Acharya Shunya, and Katie Silcox.
Outside my yoga world, I am mama to three grown daughters, and a re-partnered widow navigating menopause with late-diagnosed ADHD. I lean into the teachings everyday to maneuver through the nuance and complexity of my life circumstances.
I'm not a "woo-woo" or "good-vibes only" yoga teacher. I'm a skeptic turned believer who can hunker down with you in the hard times and offer you tools to withstand and overcome.

"Paige's potent yoga teachings have shown me that how I practice consistently on the mat crosses over into real life. For instance, Paige invites her students to find the strength within a pose, as well as the ease. She shows you how to become aware of any stuck pockets of tension, and to back-off when needed so the breath will flow more freely. These teachings have been profound. Learning when and how to give myself grace on the mat has taught me how to be kinder and more compassionate to myself and others in everyday life. Being consistent in my yoga practice with Paige has also transformed my once negative thought pattern into a thought pattern that is much more positive, open and expansive. Thank you, Paige. I am ever so grateful. "

"Paige is caring, intentional, highly experienced, and intuitive. I love that she combines dharma and storytelling with the physical yoga practice. She takes time to check-in with each participant to gauge the energetic 'temperature' of our shared space and incorporate the needs of those in the room into the flow. I highly recommend treating your mind, body, and spirit to a practice with Paige."

"Paige’s ability to read the room and energy and create a yoga flow in the moment around what people need on the day is incredible. It is a gift and she has it. Her way of guiding students through class and the way she uses language and words to instruct you through shapes and sequences is like magical music - and the way she can adjust your shape in a pose using words with such clarity makes practicing yoga with her such a joy. My body, mind and soul feel on a whole new level after taking a class with Paige. Whether it’s a slow flow or heated practice or anything in-between Paige’s instruction, coupled with her kind and calm nature and depth of yoga knowledge and philosophy which is all interwoven into the experience when practicing under her guidance make for the most perfect yoga experience."

"I attended Paige's intro to yoga series to refresh myself with poses and form, and it was such a great experience. Paige showed us so much across three sessions and she was so kind and helpful and welcoming. I never felt unwelcome or out of place and this made me more confident going forward into regular yoga practice. I would highly recommend taking any class from Paige."

"I have learned so much physically, emotionally and spiritually through Paige’s teachings. She taught me that yoga is more than just a physical activity or a way to clear your mind, it truly is a way of life. Through her teachings, I have been able to cross the biggest hurdles of my life in ways that I would never have imagined. She has inspired me to seek more out of my practice and to one day hopefully be able to teach others the yoga tradition as well. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without the yoga and Paige. I am so grateful to have her as my teacher! 💙 "

"Each class I’ve taken has been a full immersion into tranquility and mindful awareness of the practice. Paige's guidance through each pose is always an invitation to move and participate authentically and individually. I am encouraged to explore my abilities while being aware of my limitations. It’s such a comfortable and serene environment. I look forward to every class and the unique journey it offers. "

"When I began practicing with Paige, I was navigating a particularly challenging period in my life. From our very first session, her presence brought a sense of calm, safety, and grounded energy that allowed me to begin truly healing. Paige has an ability to balance strength with serenity, creating a space where growth feels both natural and deeply supported. Through her guidance, I not only found healing but also rediscovered personal growth and inner peace. Her classes were more than a practice — they were a sanctuary."

"I have been to several yoga studios in the New Orleans area through the years, had several different teachers, and found Paige to be a wonderful instructor. She touches my heart with her caring, her authenticity, and ability to communicate to the students. Her dharmas at the beginning of class always resonate with me. I also participated in Ayurveda classes several years ago and enjoyed the classes very much. I still practice several of the Ayurveda life style habits. Paige has found her true calling and I am thankful I found her!!"

"It’s been a few years since I was able to take classes in person with Paige, but I still look back on our time together so fondly. I had taken tons of random yoga classes over the years, but Paige offers something different, deeper and more holistic than what you find at many yoga and fitness studios. It became a weekly ritual akin to church, serving me in both mind and body to be more present, grounded, and clear headed through the challenges of work, marriage and parenting. Its clear that Paige has put in the time to really study and immerse herself in the art and science of yoga, and she brings all this experience into her teaching practice and makes it much more impactful than just going through the physical motions. I would say you haven’t really done yoga until you’ve had some time with Paige!"

"Paige is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable yoga teacher with a wealth of experience. From her yoga flow classes to daylong retreat experiences combining epic storytelling and ayurvedic lessons, I always appreciate the way Paige allows the lessons to unfold with those in the room. She often opens class by asking participants what's needed that day, whether specific poses or stretches of certain body parts. Paige truly listens and adapts to serve her students. The way she verbally cues movements is so clear and easy to understand and follow. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years, Paige's teaching style and depth of knowledge have something to offer for you."

Adopting a regular yoga practice will be a boon to your physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health. I know this because it is my embodied truth. As a long time yogi, I carry a wisdom borne of my own mat time. I've walked this path, and I am here to show you the way.
Let go of expectations of what you should or should not be able to do. The poses are not goals to accomplish, but rather, portals to another way of being in your body, and in the world. Let me help you find peace, energy, and power through this practice.
