As a virtual studio member, you are invited to join me for a live virtual class every Sunday morning at 10am CST. This class, a favorite amongst long-standing students, is rich with story telling and philosophy, designed to create an embodied experience that lasts long after you step off your mat.
In addition to the live class and library, each month brings a bonus live class to be determined by student inquiry, cosmic configuration, or divine inspiration.
All classes are recorded and available within 24 hours.
The virtual studio is available in a subscription format.
