Hi! I'm Paige, also known as Daya.

Welcome to my online yoga school, where I combine modern postural yoga, timeless philosophical discipline, and Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance to mitigate the impact of modern life on our hurried and weary souls.

I've been steeping in this tradition for over twenty-five years. These teachings have guided me through pivotal life transitions, natural disasters, and displacement, as well as into, through, and beyond a devastating loss.

Frequently asked questions

You do not need to have experience to take class in person or virtually. What you do need is an open mind, and a willingness to make modifications if you bump up against a limitation such as an old injury, or a held tension pattern from years of not doing yoga. A little patience with yourself as you grow accustomed to the language and pace of the practice is also helpful!

Each class is a little different, but in general, you can expect to receive a teaching or hear a story, spend some time in silence, some time breathing mindfully, some stretching, some strengthening, and a final deep relaxation. You can also expect to feel good afterwards.
