In this practice, we begin with a simple mantra, "Om Namah Shivaya" to clear the pathway of what is old, to make way for what is new. We practice Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar), seated twists, and reclining hip openers. This is a good, all around, choose-your-impact class. Go deep into the shapes for more intensity, or less so to keep it light. Enoy!
