This class begins with a story of Hanuman and the Ring. After centering with Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana), the movement part of the class begins. A moderately challenging pose practice includes Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), Warrior 3 (Virabhadrasana 3), and Standing Split (Uttitha Hanumanasana) before settling into a short self-massage of the head and face, a few restorative poses, and a long Savasana (Corpse Pose).
