"How do I feel and what do I need?" These are the questions I ask myself and ask students to ask themselves at the beginning of class. On the morning this class was taught, the answers were "unsettled" and "comfort." This is a primarily floor-based class for grounding frenetic energy. Silence, belly breathing, low and slow asana culminates in a long Savasana and Metta meditation. Come to this class when you need comfort.
