Balance Practice (Breath, Body, Energy)

This class is designed to create an experience of centeredness in the body, via the breath, and to therefore balance the energy. This feeling of centeredness can then be returned to off the mat during stressful or otherwise out-of-balance times. Practice includes sama-vritti (equal breathing), flow to Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana), and seated forward folds.
