Inside the virtual studio you will find an ever-growing library of yoga classes, tutorials, meditations and more. As a virtual studio member, you are invited to join me for a live virtual class every Sunday morning at 10am CST. This class, a is favorite amongst long-standing students, is rich with story telling and philosophy, designed to create an embodied experience that lasts long after you step off your mat.

In addition to the live Sunday class and expansive library, each month brings an ask-me-anything style member meeting (time changes each month to accommodate different schedules), and the occasional bonus class to be determined by student inquiry, cosmic configuration, or divine inspiration.

All classes are recorded and available within 24 hours.

The virtual studio is available in a subscription format.

• One month's subscription fee is $45. That is four live classes a month and the entirety of the library for $45 per month.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
