Don't lose your cool this Summer!

Y’all, it’s getting hot.
In Ayurveda-speak, summer is the time of Pitta dosha, which is the energy of fire and a little water. When Pitta rules the outer environment, it also rules the inner environment. This means you will feel the summer heat from the inside out as well as the outside in.
Here's 6 tips and 2 recipes to help you keep your cool this summer.
Green smoothie: Two handfuls of spinach or kale, one banana, a few mango slices, and coconut water. Blend til smooth. Enjoy!
Electrolyte water: 2 cups water or coconut water, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp pure maple syrup, â…› tsp sea salt. Put all ingredients in a mason jar. Screw on the top and shake to blend ingredients. Drink up!
